This project is an in-fill mixed-use development located at 3900 Adeline Street in Emeryville, California, along the border between Emeryville and Oakland, California. The project will consist of the demolition of the existing one-story light industrial building, and the new- construction of 101 for-rent residential and live/work units over a parking structure, as well as 1,000 square feet of retail space at the corner of 39th Street and Adeline Street. The newly constructed complex will consist of four smaller three-story buildings, over an underground parking garage. This project recently received the “Bay Area Real Estate Deals of the Year” award from the SF Business Times.
