Set along the Newport Beach coastline, the Coastline Residence was designed to maximize natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and unobstructed views. HNH Build collaborated closely with the project team to provide a complete architectural window and door package that complements the home’s clean contemporary architecture while enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term performance.

Expansive floor-to-ceiling glass systems, multi-panel sliding doors, and precision-engineered window assemblies were carefully selected to create a strong connection between the interior living spaces and the outdoor environment. Every opening was designed to frame natural light, preserve sightlines, and deliver the refined aesthetic expected in a luxury coastal residence.

The result is a sophisticated waterfront home where architectural windows and doors serve as both a design statement and a functional element, helping create bright, open living spaces that blur the line between indoors and out while meeting the performance demands of the Southern California coast.
