Cash Cockerill, II was raised in his family’s high end residential construction/remodeling business which specialized in windows, doors, kitchens and floors. He gained interest in the business while tagging along with his father on appointments and helping clients in the showroom on weekends. Just out of grade school, he organically began an extensive apprenticeship helping his uncle in the field to learn installations over summer breaks and design consulting in their showroom after class during the school year. Upon obtaining his first commercial project at 17 he quickly obtained his high school diploma and became the full time Vice President of his families business and pursued higher education through trade knowledge faculties. As demand for commercial services grew, the need to create a separate corporation solely dedicated to commercial business development became apparent and Hand in Hand was born.
